With a strong foundation in service and people-centered work, Diamond brings a unique blend of military discipline and human resources expertise to her role as C.O.O. at Curatio Prostate Cancer, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting men affected by prostate cancer.

She proudly served for seven years in the Ohio National Guard, including a deployment to Iraq, where she developed a deep commitment to teamwork, resilience, and mission-focused support. Following her military service, Diamond transitioned into a career as an HR Generalist, where she gained hands-on experience in employee relations, organizational support, and resource coordination.

Her combined background in structured service and compassionate employee care allows her to bring a thoughtful, efficient, and dedicated approach to supporting the Board’s efforts in advancing the organization's mission. Passionate about men's health and community service, she is honored to contribute to an organization that provides critical resources, awareness, and support to those impacted by prostate cancer.
